Examines the 'silent' language that we all constantly but unconsciously use both at work and in our personal lives. Topics include the use of eye contact to enhance persuasiveness and how gestures can be employed to gain influence and control. Participants will learn how to detect the true motives of others, and identify the non-verbal traits of deceit. 'Non-verbal Self-Defence' is also covered, together with skills to help individuals convey positive and confident body signals - great for meetings, interviews, negotiations and sales.
