One of the greatest challenges facing employees today is learning when to show initiative, when to ease back, when to leave something until tomorrow and when to understand the importance of a job that needs to be completed today! The onus is on the organisation to ensure that employees are able to balance the many pressures and time-constraints they face, for which the following skills are needed:
Effective time-management
The skills to prioritise and to work methodically
The ability to delegate with confidence and establish an effective chain of command' and reporting structure
The ability to leave home at work and work at home, but blend the two when necessary or advantageous
This workshop will use a number of novel techniques and exercises to help participants find (and keep) more balance in their lives, thus motivating them to work more effectively, productively and energetically.
